We're thrilled to share that Inc. Magazine has recognized Indevtech as the Best Place to Work in Hawaii. This honor comes on the heels of our ranking as #4,442 on the Inc. 5000 fastest-growing companies list, and it means the world to us—not because of the award itself, but because of what it represents. Building a workplace where people genuinely want to be, where Monday mornings are something to look forward to rather than dread, has been at the heart of everything we do.

When we asked our team what makes Indevtech special, their responses captured exactly what we've worked so hard to create: a place where collaboration flows freely, where growth is encouraged and supported, and where people feel empowered to bring their best selves to work. From the flexibility to learn any aspect of the business to the trust we place in each other, these aren't just policies on paper—they're the lived experience of our team every single day. Here's what they had to say:

The free food! For real though, I do like the lack of barriers and how it is so easy to talk to and collaborate with everyone.

Christopher Gallarde Jr. (Support Analyst II)

Everyone is easy to get along with (and extraordinary) Schedule flexibility. Lots to learn & opportunities to grow (training, certs)

Indevtech is like a second home. Don't get me wrong, I love my family and my bratty teenage girls, but I come to work and get to be with people I like, have engaging convos about stuff that interests me, maybe bring a little wisdom and mentorship (because my kids already know everything), and just like mom's house, the fridge is always stocked and we have plenty of snacks For a place that society has deemed we are meant to spend 1/3 of our natural life and waking hours, it sure helps to be a place I enjoy with people whose company I feel supported around.

I think that when you actually look forward to Mondays there is something going absolutely right with the place you work. You guys make this the best place to work for me. From collaboration to shared success. Scotts vision for the success of everyone here is the absolute icing on the cake for me.

Eric Newhouse

Eric Newhouse (Centralized Services Manager)

I like that everyone can feel empowered to learn as much as they want to about any aspect of the business. All the tools are there for anyone to pick up and learn, and it's a great collaborative environment. Also, the food.

Al Suficiena

Indevtech is the best place to work because of friendly, easy to work with coworkers, good incentives (cert bonuses, CSAT points redeemable for cool stuff, etc), free downtown parking.

Jarren Quebral

Jarren Quebral (Intern)

I love working here because I get to work with a group of people who constantly help me grow.

Indevtech because they provide the opportunity to excel and progress in my field. They don’t just want you to stay stagnant and complacent, but they push you to be better and give you the tools and training to get there.

Sean Dunston (Support Analyst I)

I enjoy coming in for a new challenge every day. We are given a lot of freedom as to how tasks are completed; this allows for constant optimization without rigid guidelines.

Genell Simoes

Genell Simoes (Financial Controller)

What makes Indevtech special is the genuine culture of trust, collaboration, and shared values. I’ve known and respected Scott for many years and having the opportunity to work alongside him and a team of people who truly care has been incredibly meaningful. It’s inspiring to be part of a group growing together and building something that matters, and I’m grateful to be a part of it.

Remember Tay? Microsoft's 2016 AI chatbot that the internet turned into a wildly offensive, racist mess in just 16 hours? It was a spectacular, public failure that proved one thing: Garbage In, Garbage Out. Today, the garbage isn't just on Twitter. It's the highly sensitive, proprietary data your own employees are accidentally leaking into the public domain.
